event i: happy birthday kian wee!!

there is a group photo but no one tagged me): anyway the birthday boy is super funny(see bottom right pic). he pretended to blow the candles after they were extinguished so we can take pictures ha ha. and the top left pic: no he is no sneezing, he is about to blow. ha ha.

event 2: happy birthday clara cheong tin mun woof woof!

presents for a insanely smart girl. she keep asking me, "why monkey???"

we went to ritz carlton! buffet!! camwhoring first.

yes please be jealous of me and my food! the place is super dimly lit and romantic and there is a live band(?) playing! and the mushroom soup(top right) is damn delicious! even the ugly looking bread i took to act classy is delicious too!

major salivating!!! there is more den twenty desserts, some are too sour but still yummy!

event 3: happy ord my wang wang!

ps: i am looking for a thick stretchy belt with a gold\silver thingy in the middle, those which u can hook. and also bright metal bangles tt look classy. lobangs!?

and i need to whiten and buy anti aging cream ha ha. someone intro/recommend hor!

i feel like eating uncle tobey's strawberry yoghurt muesli bars too!

and this is how january ends

event 1: gaming with wang.
he signed up for this card thing called nEbO and got privileges for arcade games, bowling and so on. we are in a minds cafe lookalike place, and the rates are so much cheaper!

event 2: shyan's b day

went to the bbq party she held! saw so many people i havent seen in many years.. like wenting shizhen xiaowen eugene chaoliang kimhwee kr..... so cool!

event 3: alpheus reunion dinner

i dun really like steamboat dinners and not strangely i ate very few variety of food. but the dinner very funny cos shiru laughs easily and zhijun is easy to laugh at. their obsession with jing zhen gu is a little out of hand, and surprisingly i din reach home very late at night. hen hao wan!!

event 4: wild wild wet

i purposely dun eat breakfast so my stomach wun bulge but wang kept tempting me with lunch. hmm his noodles are starting to beckon at me... and the whole time turnt out to be good despite my reluctance to go. the slides are super fun! but they are not having the foam party tho:(

event 5: da nian chu yi

we went to bai bai. its great to have a car!

please let my brothers disappear please please... look at their unsmiling faces. think you very cool ah!!!

granma's place. i am very sad to say the pineapple tarts sucked. and no one played mah jong nor gamble, so there is not much atmosphere this year i think. and did i mention the pineapple tarts sucked?

my ah ma place. to be exact, this is no longer my ah ma's place and more like my gu gu place cos ah ma passed on since i was four. i went to bai bai her first thing when i reach this house, and is shocked to realise she died on 19 mar 1993, when my 4th b day is on 18 mar 1993!! i felt a little heartwrenchness. the above ppl are my mom and dad anyways. and the steamboat is super good, i love gu gu's ngor hiang and fried floured prawns!

with a whiz of dog hair, cutie pie jr and cutie pie. did i mention the pineapple tarts here are superb?

da nian chu er

had yet another steamboat at wang's house. as usual the soup is delicious and salty. we gambled after that with ban luck and poker things. everyone had net winnings, except for the zhuang, wang's dad. now you noe when gambling, do not ever be the zhuang!!

evento 6: CHINGAY

ya ya i noe my eyebrows are horrid in the third collage and my makeup is hideous in the first. but chingay is like that de ok! and i did trim my brows le!!

reaching city hall. exciting-ness!!!! below are some creatures we seen on the way to our gathering place. WARNING: explosion of pictures ahead. almost no words!

good food, glow-in-the-dark kiddie light bands, dance, song and great great fun. for those who missed chingay? eat your hearts out!
